Haumea, inspired by Polynesian Mythology, is an iridescent colorshift watercolor paint perfect for lettering and traditional watercolor. Its colors vary depending on the light and range from light blue to purple to blue.

In Hawaiian mythology, Haumea is the fertility goddess of Hawaii.
Along with Kane Milohai, she is the mother of Pele, Kā-moho-aliʻi, Nāmaka, Kapo, and Hi'iaka.
She gave birth to several creatures and later raised her children.
She was eventually killed by Kaulu.

Our binder is homemade with the finest Kordofan gum arabic, glycerin and clove oil.

Each puck is filled three to four times to ensure the best possible quality.

Our colors are most beautiful when applied on a black background or overlaid with other colors, however many also perform well on white.
For best results we recommend wetting the puck with one or two drops of water to allow the color to reactivate.

Our colors are made with non-toxic products however not suitable for use on skin.
Do not swallow.

Each color is designed and made with love, it is possible that small bubbles or cracks may appear on the colors which do not affect the color itself in any way.
